Programs
The COA offers a variety of activities and programs to engage both the mind and body. These offerings are usually free of charge to Acton seniors and most take place at the Senior Center. Some programs are open to out-of-towners; call the COA for clarification.

We have a playlist on Acton TV of our exercise instructors leading classes for you to follow at home in your own time, plus some of our lectures broadcast over zoom are also available to watch again.
* People may choose to wear or not wear a mask when in our building and taking part in activities, we respect personal choice. Some of our programs will continue to be delivered over Zoom and as far as possible we offer viewing in the Senior Center or you may view at home. Please call us for clarification if you have questions, and see the newsletter for individual program delivery. Programs are also liable to change at short notice. We apologize for any inconvenience if that is the case.
