Programs

The COA offers a variety of activities and programs to engage both the mind and body. These offerings are usually free of charge to Acton seniors and most take place at the Senior Center. Some programs are open to out-of-towners; call the COA for clarification.

Please see the calendar for details about any of the programs, classes or trips offered each month. During the winter months there may be times when classes are cancelled due to inclement weather. Click here for our winter weather policy.

A comprehensive list of our presenters, class leaders and instructors with their credentials.

All of our programs, activities, and classes are detailed in our newsletter sent throughout the year to all Acton senior residents.

We have a playlist on Acton TV of our exercise instructors leading classes for you to follow at home in your own time, plus some of our lectures broadcast over zoom are also available to watch again.

Some of our programs are delivered over Zoom and as far as possible we offer viewing in the Senior Center or you may view at home. Please call us for clarification if you have questions, and see the newsletter for individual program delivery. You will need to supply us with an email if you wish to be sent a Zoom link.
