1. SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS


    Walk the Senior Center - Too cold to walk outside!! Walk the halls in the center weekdays 8:05-8:30AM and/or 4:00-4:30PM. Seven laps adds up to about 1/2 mile.

    Gym is Open! -
      Stop by the gym to workout on the treadmill, bike, stepper or elliptical. All participants must attend a safety training session before using the gym. Call the COA for more information.
